HSMO’s Longmeadow Rescue Ranch is looking for a Ranch Assistant. The job entails feeding, watering, turning out animals, and cleaning stalls and living quarters.  Horses, goats, cattle, sheep, birds and pigs need your care and attention. You must be 18 or older, and  have previous horse handling experience. Responsibilities include ensuring proper care for all animals at the ranch, adherence to established feeding, sanitation, medical procedures and following all HSM Adoption policies guidelines and providing positive and courteous interaction with the public.  The successful candidate should have professional horse handling experience, have a Driver’s license, and horse trailer experience is desirable. Position requires a flexible schedule and includes weekend work. Operates all types of equipment and various attachments in a safe and responsible manner. No phone calls –please!
