Lead Client and Animal Service Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic individual to interact with our customers using a strong customer service orientation to intake, process, and adopt animals. This lead person will also instruct, train, and assist staff in their duties and use of the equipment and materials. Will be responsible for coordinating the work flow at the Adoption Desk, and will answer questions related to the Adoption Center Desk from employees and the general public. Must be willing to take initiative by sharing ideas and suggestions designed to improve working conditions and the organization. Will also participate in all Adoption Center tasks and responsibilities including cleaning animal and reception areas, computer and paperwork and general care of animals. Must have previous experience with animal, extraordinary customer service abilities and leadership qualities.
Volunteer Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, pet-loving person to manage the organization’s volunteer program. This individual will be responsible for maintaining this active and dedicated volunteer corps, and developing or supporting a variety of programs and services at our four locations including, but not limited to, dog exercise and socialization, adoptions, education, gift shop, development, and special events. Interested candidates should have an undergraduate degree and a minimum of three years of related experience in an organizational setting.
